Miranda chats to Good Health writer Bonnie Cleaver about her ideas on food, fitness and staying balanced in life.
What's been going on in your life recently?
My new skincare range KORA has been keeping me busy. In terms of travel and other projects, I have just come back from a secret location shooting the new David Jones catalogue and I'm on my way to LA for several big projects with Victoria's Secret.

My top three are the Tinted Day Care Cream, the Organic Rich Body Lotion, and the Rosehip Oil. The Tinted Day Care Cream is my favourite product. I use it every day.
Your book, Treasure Yourself, is due out this year who is it targeted at?
I wrote the book for young women in their teens, but I feel that women of all ages will appreciate the message. Experts such as Louise Hay and Deepak Chopra have also contributed.
The key message is the importance of appreciating differences and realising there is no point in comparing ourselves to others. When we embrace who we are, exactly the way we are, we can really enjoy life and make the most of every moment. It is a lesson I have needed to learn in the past and am constantly reminding myself of.
You work in an industry where you're constantly scrutinised for your appearance. Does that ever affect you?
I have a very good relationship with my body and I think that comes down to the fact that I really do listen to what it's telling me. I would say the only thing I can sometimes deprive my body of is sleep and, funnily enough, it is in those moments of being tired that I can feel a little
