Rock climbing was officially noticed in 2007, when there were specific spots created for adventurers to climb up and see unobstructed views. In Tinos, this is Exomvourgo, a popular climbing site to explore. Bouldering is a fairly new concept and one of the things that many do when coming to Tinos Greece. This should be done by experienced individuals, as bouldering acquires the use of no equipment. It also is done without a safety mattress, used to support a accidental fall. When you gotta see the view, you gotta see the view! Bouldering is usually done on Volax, but their are a multitude of trails. If you're traveling to Tinos Greece to specifically climb, the best season to go is in winter. This is when many restaurants are closed though. So, if you're more hungry for food than extreme adventure, it's best not to go in winter. Trails are still open in other seasons, but at really early or late
