The school district’s attorneys said, “the video makes repeated racist and insensitive references to Middle Eastern people, stereotyping them based on their dress, accents and language, names, manner of praying and religious dietary restrictions. Because of this he went to court and filed that they took away his freedom of speech when he literally made a video saying things that were rude to different cultures and having things that were not appropriate to say in the school and show and just cause its a dumb teenage boy doesn't matter he can man up and learn that things like that isn’t good to talk about or joke about. And saying things like that will get you in trouble and not thinking he's going to encounter consequences is so stupid and he should face more consequences then just not being able to run he should be faced with being suspended or something worse. And the school was just trying to keep the peace between the students and contain the explicit so that others wouldn't deal with those problems. So in this case they were trying to do what's best and teenagers victimize themselves in every way possible whether in relationships, driving, getting out of
