Timothy Smith Leadership Style

Timothy was a man in his late 70's. He was born in Charlotte Amalie, US Virgin Islands. Timothy died on an Island in the Caribbean Sea. He died during a massive Hurricane. Soon after Timothy was born he was abandoned at the residence of mister & Misses Smith. Mr. & Mrs. Smith took Timothy in but were killed due to the following winter. Timothy was alone yet again until he was found by a young farmer when he was 8 months old. Timothy grew up with him and helped him with his farm. He learned my skills such as creating a shelter and a fire. When timothy was 13 years old he was taken into slavery and sold to a captain of a ship.
