Timothy Mcveigh Case

Before I cover the evidence that was used in the Timothy McVeigh case, we must first understand the definition and function of the questioned document. The questioned document is a written paper form of evidence that the suspect wrote, typed, or obtained in a document that may or may not be related to the case against him/her. Furthermore, the evidence may be related to the current case, however, it can be related to previous cases; for example, cold cases. Certain law enforcement personnel that handles questioned documents are forensic document examiners (James, Nordby, & Bell, 2014, p. 454). These examiners utilize and perform various types of examinations while analyzing questioned documents; i.e., comparison of handwriting and signatures, photocopy manipulation, etc. (James et al, 2014, p. 454). …show more content…

Murrah Federal Office building, he was seen selling not only anti-government bumper stickers, he was also seen selling Turner Diaries (Etter, 2007, pp. 61-62). Furthermore, he was not only making profit for himself, he was trying to get people to join his cause in the fight against the government (Etter, 2008, pp. 60-61). Etter (2008) has stated from the general basis in Turner Diaries, “a race war is ignited by the bombing of a federal building using a truck bomb made with ammonium nitrates and diesel fuel” (pp. 65). Thus, the Turner Diaries was being highly recommended by most extremist groups at the time including the National Alliance and its’ founder, William Pierce, who not only wrote the document, he also used a false name to spread his message underneath the government’s surveillance (Etter, 2008, pp.

Beck has promised not to cooperate with the Trump administration even if it means a loss of federal funds for his department. It’s been a couple day since the shooting had happened in Las Vegas as the most devastating attack and the deadliest mass shooting in modern U.S. history. Las Vegas mass shooter Stephen Paddock rented a room in downtown Las Vegas through Airbnb at Mandalay Bay a couple days earlier before the Concert. Marilou Danley (the girlfriend) said that she was worried that her boyfriend, Stephen Paddock, was going to break up with her when he bought her a cheap ticket to the Philippines about two weeks ago, then wired her money to buy her and her family a house there. But Danley, in a statement read by her attorney, said she didn't know Paddock had planned to carry out a mass shooting. When the shootout had happened the night of the concert, Paddock killed 58 people and wounded more than 500 people in Las Vegas on Sunday night, Danley said Paddock -- a man she described as "kind" -- never gave her any clues or any warning "that something horrible like this was going to happen.…

This was a fragile time for the bicultural Muslims because the other half of them wouldn’t accept them.…
