PER REPORTER: Timothy is abusing the child (Arthur Jr.). The reporter contacted law enforcement and they said call the hotline. Timothy beat Arthur with an extension cord and phone cord. The most recent incident just happened around 8:30 this morning before Timothy went to work. Timothy told the child to pick up dirty clothes and the child told him he's not a dog. Timothy hit Arthur with a brush. Arthur tried to get him off and he went to get an extension cord and whipped him with it. The child called his father and the father heard Timothy in the background, whipping the child. Reporter told the child to try to call the police and then Timothy took the phone.
