There are rare cases of schizophrenia, however if one is diagnosed with schizophrenia, it lives with them for the rest of their lives. Patient Timmy Turner is a fictional cartoon character that plays the main role in The Fairly Oddparents and unfortunately is diagnosed with schizophrenia but he doesn't knows it, even his parents.
Timmy turner is only a 10 year old boy who is really intelligent for his age and is only liked by a really few people. He is always the target of bullies and is indeed misunderstood. Therefore Timmy turner has delusions and and auditory hallucinations which is one of the biggest symptoms of Paranoid Schizophrenia. Schizophrenia is a group of severe psychotic disorders characterized by distortions in thinking, perception, emotion and behavior. It is the most severe abnormal disorder and a life changing one as well. He imagines he has fairy Godparents , Wanda and Cosmo which he elaborates the delusion of fairies and the Fairy world. Due to his cruel and depressing reality, Timmy fantasizes about more caring parents which now he gets his Fairy godparents. Schizophrenia in children is basically the same to adult schizophrenia, however, determination at an early age is troublesome.
