1.) Timex Group Canada Inc’s Website can be found at timex.ca. Although this site is primarily used to describe and promote the products Timex sells in Canada through its store and distributors, it also allows consumers to purchase these products and access support services.

Timex Group Canada’s website consists of an online store that allows consumers to view products, add them to a cart and checkout by paying through credit card. In addition, when viewing a product, the website displays the number of models left in stock, product manual and model number. The online store helps Timex offer their products to consumers all over Canada without limiting their consumer base to areas in which they have their stores or distributing channels. Furthermore, the online store also enables the business to supply their products based on demand as online purchases are generally expected to have a waiting period before shipment. Through these options in their website, Timex Group Canada also avoids operational costs of a regular store

The raw materials for the timepieces and jewelry that Timex offers to consumers are extracted all over the world, including countries such as Mexico, India, the Philippines and China. The manufacturing process is conducted in the United States and then the product is shipped to the Canadian headquarters to be sold to consumers directly through the retail store or through distribution channels. Therefore, primarily, Timex is located in the retail and delivery part of the value chain as they operate a store that sells products directly to the consumer, thus completing the final process of the value chain.
