In today’s session, group members learned how to manage and use their time effectively at their job and in recovery. Group members completed the handout “Be on time checklist” to see how to make it to an appointment or treatment on time. Then, group members were to share how to manage and use their time appropriately from now on. PO moderately participated in the group activities, and shared the benefits and the consequences of having /not having good time management skills with peers. PO appears to be in the action stage of change as evidenced by her participation in the group session.
