Time Management Journal Analysis

By the time this is submitted, it would be the fourth week of school. I think it is timely that this journal is centered around time management since this is the period our midterms begin and hence, would be a good measure for how well we have been managing our time.

As someone who is easily stressed, I find that staggering mammoth tasks and planning a timetable does aid in managing stress.

Personally, I use a timetable as a guide but I do not stick to it religiously. Life constantly changes and I find it important to be able to roll with these punches. As a result, I often use planner apps on my phone. These allow for quick

When it comes to deadlines, I like to finish my work in advance so I give myself deadlines prior to my actual deadlines. I work best last minute so my self proclaimed deadlines are usually a week before my actual deadlines. This gives me just enough desperation to churn out a piece of work as best as I can, yet, leaves me with more than enough time to tweak it into the best product I can produce.

I did use the time management calculator, and by some stroke of good fortune, I happened to spend 2 hours on schoolwork for every 1 hour I spend in school. Prior to this, I never knew that was the ideal amount of time allocated for schoolwork. Knowing this left me pleasantly surprised so, as much as possible, it is something I will strive to keep to.

Despite knowing that my time set aside for schoolwork is at an optimum level, I feel there are other aspects that require more of my
