According to Gemmil and Oakley (1992) definition of leadership as “social process… of dynamic collaboration, where individuals and organisation members authorize themselves and others to interact in ways that experiment with new forms of intellectual and social meaning”. Engr. Tim Sutherns is an exceptional CEO and chairman of Eramosa Engineering in Canada. Sutherns uses the complexity style of leadership in the operation and management of Eramosa Engineering.
