Early life: Tim Burton was born on August 25th, 1958, in Burbank, California. He was the child of Jean Burton (Later an owner of a gift shop that was cat-themed), and William ‘’Bill’’ Burton. Frankenweenie was released in 1984, of a boy whose dog is run over and he tries to revive. Disney fired burton after its release because he had spent the company’s resources on a film that would be too frightening and dark for young audiences.
