The company we interviewed and researched is Tigerpaw Software, Inc. Tigerpaw software was founded in 1984. It is a privately held company that specializes in customer relationship management software. They work to help different businesses manage and automate their marketing sales, service, and inventory functions. Tigerpaw Software, Inc. has a single site, located in the sub-district of Bellevue in Omaha, Nebraska at 2201 Thurston Circle #7 with a total of 40,000 users internationally. This product is used by companies such as insurance firms as well as many other types of businesses. Their product is essential to keeping business processes moving along. The goal is to be able to streamline the day-to-day tedious operations. It is one portal that connects all of the different areas of daily operations. It helps to create a place for account management, sales automation, project management, etc. Tigerpaw wants to give its’ clients the feeling that nothing has slipped through the cracks and to help them be more productive in their jobs on a daily basis.
