Purchasing Tiffany is more of a status or lifestyle symbol rather than just buying a product. Tiffany is the place where customers get excellent customer service, if they look for something they track it down at Tiffany. There is something special about Tiffany which makes it stand out from its competitors is that in store when you are purchasing something or looking for something they have personal sales person on hands for any shoppers for help.

COMPETITORS
Tiffany is very well established and strong brand but there are still some brands or competitors of Tiffany who are fighting for the same market. The largest competitor is Blue Nile which is online diamond retailer. They are directly connected with their customers but lack in physical store. Blue Nile is not able to provide shopping experience and customers are expecting this.
