Rhonda Holman (Hopkins) was born on October 23, 1962. She was born in Tulsa and didn’t move until she was ten, and didn’t move again until she got married. Mrs. Hopkins parents didn’t like the new law that let both white and black children take the same bus, so instead the Holmans moved just outside of the county.
