Tier 2 Intervention Report

My first step to implementing a Tier 2 Intervention would be deciding which students need the extra help. From there I would create an individualized Check-In-Check-Out sheet for each student. After I have completed their sheets I would find the time to pull the student to the side to explain how the Check-In-Check-Out sheet works. An important part to remember is to check to see if the student understands what you are saying. This can be done by asking the student questions and getting them to answer them. Another key factor is having a self-rating section for the student to complete and teacher-rating section as a comparison for the student to see.
