I would appreciate your reviewing the following email draft that I wrote to Tiago. I think it would be wonderful to have Tiago on board part time at G4G. I think he can help to get great things accomplished, fundraise, and make the board Chair's job easier so I would feel better about either staying on or someone taking over from me.
I think that we need a G4G evangelist and Tiago seems like an ideal candidate. In fact, he is the more qualified energetic person I can think of who might be available and interested. Let me know if you have suggestions for improving my draft.

Thank you VERY VERY for helping to make G4G13 run smoothly and to be of immense assistance when there were "hiccoughs."
The Board, Katie, Jodie, and in particular I, as Chair of the G4G Board, would love to have you more involved with the Gathering. Would you consider a part-time position in which your responsibilities may include the following:
Oversee G4G initiatives (Katie's new firm, The Creative Fold, which will be handling operations for G4G starting in June.
Work with the G4G Board to set direction.
Represent G4G at conference, events, via social media, email, and online.
Fundraising, often called Development here in the USA.
Based on what I saw you do at G4G13 and past Gatherings and what I learned about you by searching online, you seem like a great fit for Gathering 4 Gardner. Your interests nicely overlap with the Gathering's areas of focus, e.g., recreational mathematics, magic, and games. In fact, you have more overlap that any of us on the G4G Board.
