What if nobody owned pit bulls and they became extinct? Tia Torres stands as a hero because she saves pit bulls, gives parolees second chances, and she has her own tv show.

Tia Torres saves dogs. Mostly pit bulls. It all started when she was a little girl her step mother taught her how to take care of animals. Many years ago Tia was at a shelter and there was a dog that was confiscated from a homicide scene. The pit bull got out of its lead and without knowing the dog's background the dog ran up to her daughters and started licking them. That's when Tia wanted to start rescuing dogs.

The tv show is about the dogs and the parolees working with them. She has the largest pit bull rescue in the united states. In my opinion thats is very impressive. It's really good that she started her tv show too spread awareness that pit bulls are not dangerous.

Some people may think that Tia Torres is not a hero because she is working with criminals. I think that it shouldn't matter because they already have served their time and deserves a second chance. You can't just look at someone and judge them because of their past. Another reason why people may think that she is not a hero is because she is saving pit bulls and they are a dangerous breed. It doesn't matter because pit bulls will only be dangerous if you teach them to. Some people may think that Tia Torres is wasting her time saving pit bulls and working with parolees but everyone's lives matter.

In conclusion, Tia Torres stands as a hero because she saves dogs, gives parolees second chances , and she has her own tv show. She is a incredible women that deserves to be regarded as a hero. It is great that is such a hard worker and is so passionate about her
