Thyroid is basically a gland in our body that regulates hormones in our body and also makes protein supply for our body. Hyperthyroidism is the condition when thyroid increases the production of hormone in human body; it decreases the metabolism in our body which causes fatigue, memory loss, and loss of libido, depression and weight gain. The person suffering from thyroid has to take many precautions, they have to follow a proper diet plan and also do some exercise to control their thyroid. We have to take care of our diet specially when suffering from thyroid. Natural Apple cider and vinegar mixture is very good to regulate this ailment in your body. Many women go through thyroid especially of certain age. Thyroid influences metabolic process in our body. It can affect weight, depression and energy level. Thyroid risk can lead obesity, infertility, heart disease, hair loss, lack of libido. Use of garcinia and grape seed can help you naturally cure this condition. It is not easy to cure thyroid but we have to take precautions in order to avoid such problems.If you have a habit of drinking tea make sure you go for green tea and not the regular one.

Water is the cure for many diseases and disorder. One has to drink adequate amount of water in regular life. To stay fit we are advised to drink at least 4 liter water a day. A thyroid patient can easily gain weight and drinking water can help them.
