Project Description
Thunderbird Container Products President, Beverly Whisenhunt, decided to put a commitment for customer. “Customers’ orders are perfect or they don’t pay. That is critical goal of ours that customers expect and we are going to deliver!” The problem refers to how this company will use high standards customer services. President Beverly wants to make sure company exceed customer expectations, and have a free error environment in her company. Employees will have to perform better and commit to do an exceptional job so company does not lose money.

Can you think of any situations in which an organization may have difficulty honoring such a customer pledge?
I work in a Bank environment and all associates are train to be in an error free environment. As a personal banker, we are supposed to provided clients an exceptional service that included open accounts correctly, read disclosure and be in compliance at all the time. Every day we strive to be better. I see cases where associates make mistakes, and the cause the bank lose reputation and money. It is difficult in the environment that I work to be perfect, however, this is the minimum expectations that customer expect from us because they are putting their money and trust in us.
3. What are some potential benefits to the company by setting such a high standard?
Potential benefits will be acquire more business, client’s satisfaction and save money. Thunderbird Container Products Company will be recognized by its high standard and that will bring up company reputation.
