Three Unknown Child Observations

PER REPORTER: The reporter said she is concerned about three unknown children that live in her neighborhood. She said the children are always outside by themselves running around naked, and she said when they do have on a damper it is always so wet that the children will take them off their selves. She also mentioned that another neighbor told her that she once witnessed one of the children outside alone walking off into the main street. She said the neighbor went and got the child and walked him or her back to their home, but she said she was unable to speak with an adult about the child walking into the street due to there being no outside to supervise the child.
