Homicide has been around since the beginning of man. More commonly known as murder. There are three main types First Degree, Second Degree, and Manslaughter. First Degree Murder is the worst, it means the murder planned the murder. Second Degree Murder this one is still horrible just a little less, this one the murder was not planned but they knew they were going to. Referred to as passion crime. Manslaughter person did not mean to kill, but because of reckless behavior they did killed. First Degree Murder, is premeditated murder. This basically means the murder planned it for a short period of time or a long period time to murder the victim.
