At the beginning of the story, the two little pigs had made a house that was easy to destroy. While the third little pig had common sense, and built his out of a more durable material - bricks. Instead of something breakable, like straws or twigs, he instead made them out of something that’s durable. As it stated in the text, “The third little Pig met a Man with a load of bricks...so the Man gave him the bricks, and he built his house with them(10).” This quote tells how the Pig was well-reasoned because of how he was going to build his home. Instead of thinking of the simplest solution like his brothers, the third Pig decided to create a house out of a much sturdier material, that being brick.
