First up, is respect. Respect is something that everyone should have toward each other. When you’re respecting someone, you’re showing them that they are equal with you. (Everyone is equal) I heard a quote one time that said, “Treat others the way you want to be treated.” This quote means, treat everyone the way that you would like them to treat you. (You treat them nice, they treat you nice. Etc) Overall you should respect everyone even if you don’t know or like them. It’s just the right thing to do.

Discrimination means to treat or consider someone or something based on their race, hair color, gender, and much more. Discriminating somebody is not alright because it causes the person that you’re discriminating to feel different. This causes them different things such as loneliness, depression, lack of self-esteem, and anti-social behavior. Discrimination could happen at work or even school!
