The second reason I would not invest in Three Jerks Jerky is the foreseen and unforeseen cost of being a partner. Purchasing all the goods to make Three Jerks Jerky would definitely require more capital. Theirs is going to be a lot of fluctuation in cost. From having to watch the market for when to purchase cattle at a minimum, expanding warehouses for new incoming orders, and finding the storage for all this new jerky is going to require more than $100,000 dollars. The fifteen percent equity in Three Jerks is also not enticing enough to want to gamble that much money.
