Thrive for success- Through this innovation program, urban youth will have the opportunity to understand themselves and what is their desire career choice as well as helping them defined their inner skills. This is related to the value chain because in my outputs, I highlighted how my venture can develop hard and soft skills, which will be beneficial for urban youth as they transition into adulthood. The goal for my venture is to ensure all the students thrive to perform well as long as they are engaged in a project that they are interested in.

Track, Measure and Report Impacts
Thrive for success-To determine the target increase of success, I will conduct a survey during the final presentation of the project. On the survey, it will asks the students various questions on the program and how it has changed their thinking, skills and desire in the future. Using the survey, I will be able to see if the program has fulfill the short term goal of engaging one’s life.
