The three fat loss programs I evaluated were Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, and Nutrisystem. Weight Watchers offers many products and services and has been around for a long time. Weight Watchers provides support and uses more of a science approach to help people lose their weight and encourages exercise. When it comes to intense training for Weight Watchers, You can access workout ideas and demos online and do your own exercises at home or at the gym. Weight Watchers offers meetings that help make a difference and its ability to provide lasting results depend on if you continue to follow their guidelines.
