Set of common characteristics shared by successful entrepreneurs:
1. Motivation – As an entrepreneur you should be enthusiastic and future oriented. It is important for an entrepreneur to have belief that they will be successful and they are open to risks to their resources in quest of profit. Successful entrepreneurs always think of their business and how to increase their market share.

Identify marketable needs that are required. [G.Nieman and A.Bennet, 2001]. It is for this reason that through analysis of the story for the Dlamini’s I can confirm they are both entrepreneurs. It is important to note though that they are not good entrepreneurs and need to develop and polish their skills to become successful entrepreneurs.

They are both entrepreneurs in the sense that they are both seeking for new challenges and opportunities in business. However one of their problems is the fact that they are unsure of themselves. Successful entrepreneurs are committed and determined. They tolerate risk, ambiguity and uncertainty as stated by [G.Nieman and A.Bennet, November 2001, “Business management revised second

They should get stress managing training- This will help them to be aware of signs of stress. They will then learn how analyse, manage and cope with stress.
2. Organise time- This helps you to feel more in control of your tasks. They should identify their most productive time and cover a lot of work in those periods. Prioritize activities according to their importance.
3. Take a break- They should do something else to clear their heads. This could be going out shopping, visiting friends, etc. This helps manage stress and helps you to relax and be productive when you get back to work.
4. Look after their physical health-They should get enough sleep. Be more physically active and eat healthy.
5. Use support network- They should keep their connections with friends, loved ones and relatives. Building connections is soothing the amount of stress you have.
6. They should not overthink things- [R.Lesinsky] reports that trying to be perfect generates unnecessary stress. They should plan for contingencies and not worry about every possible outcome of their actions.
7. They must make some lifestyle changes- they should practice being direct and emphatic. Develop interests and hobbies, something different from work that will take their minds away from
