Rewards And 3 Challenges Essay

Introduction
In this essay, I will share what 3 rewards and 3 challenges, I think I would face as a teacher in my first teaching position. Teaching is not as easy as most think, and there is a lot of time and effort that teachers have put in to ensure that all students are learning in class daily. I do believe that if you do have the passion for teaching and impacting children’s lives, then the challenges that a teacher in his or her first time teaching position should end up very rewarding.

Three Challenges Faced I Would Face as a New Teacher
Although as a new teacher, you encounter facing different challenges in your first

teaching position, but there are rewards as well. The first reward is making an impact on

children’s lives. Witnessing the children’s learning process and to see how happy and engaged

they’ve become once they’ve accomplish a task, makes me feel like I’m doing my job

appropriately. Those teachable moments where I’ve witnessed the hard work that the children

put into to learning is what makes it all worth the while.

The second reward is being recognized and appreciated. It is not a must to be recognized

or appreciated being that the love for your job should be enough, but to know that others

recognize the hard work and emphasize that I’ve put into being as successful as I can be, would

be one of many reason’s I would continue to work even harder at making a positive impact in
