Three Branches Of Government In The US

In the U.S. Constitution it features the provision of three branches of government. These branches are to create a better and stronger federal government. The three branches of government all have their own jobs to uphold as well but because they all have these jobs a rule had to be made so that they all had equal power. So the framers of the constitution create a system so that one branch could not over rule another; this system was called checks and balances.
