People always say kindness is key. I think that's absolutely true. One thoughtful act, big or small, can change someone's day or even their life. Thoughtful acts can help others, they can actually influence the ones you helped to help even more people, and they can also help you. Thoughtful acts can really effect others. You could do things as simple as saying a few kind words or even doing something to help them in some way. These small acts might seem useless or a waste of time to some people, but to others these acts could really brighten up their day. They could possibly raise their self-esteem also.
