It has been proven that if you do a kind or thoughtful act, it benefits those involved. Even if you're the one doing the thoughtful act, you can always get something out of it. Thoughtful acts can benefit someone in many ways. Thoughtful acts can benefit those involved by making someones day, it makes someone more confident, and it pushes others to do kind things.

First, it can benefit someone or those involved by making someones day, and it can make the person happy. For example, if you compliment a person you can make their day. One time, I was hungry and my mom bought me McDonald's and I was so happy and it made my day 10 times better. I also saw that my mom was happy that I was happy. That thoughtful act benefited both of us.
