Thor Lund: A Controversial Athlete

A recent graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Thor Lund has already received vital professional mechanical engineering experience as an application developer with JPMorgan Chase & Company and a research assistant with the University of Texas at Dallas (UT Dallas). During his tenure at JPMorgan Chase, he developed data harvesting applications for oil and gas traders in the company’s commodities division. At UT Dallas, Thor Lund designed an above-the-knee robotic prosthetic leg and fabricated the entire prosthesis from an alloy of aluminum and titanium.

Outside of the professional arena, Mr. Lund is an avid athlete who enjoys pole vaulting, skiing, and playing basketball. He has ran in two Dallas-area charity races, the 2013 Hottest
