According to speculations by different researchers, Thomas is a hard working young man with a lot of determination to achieve in life, the reason to his failure is perceive as his ingenious. Having gone many challenges in his young age, this did not hinder him from becoming one of the prominent article writers in his lifetime. He perceived excelling and leading a nice life in his adulthood thereafter. At times, life could too little of what it is perceived. He has enormously contributed in the development of American literature through his publications. In 18th century, there was little civilization unlike in the current times. Culture spelt out all the dos and don’ts by to its group (Paine, and Foner 84). It is in culture that people could conduct aggregate life events such as marriages and circumcisions. One common demerit about culture is that it governed very small community within a large geographical area with a high population. People from different cultures hardly interacted as brothers from the same geographical coverage. With civilization, the strictness of culture was highly degraded.
