First is that labor in developing countries move to developed countries. Developed countries have slow population growth or even a numerical one (Zero Population Growth) to developed countries’ labor shortages. While in developed countries the employment rules are good, but still labor inflows from developing countries to developed countries bring negative impacts. Before subjecting it to any matter, one must be able to incorporate elements of rationality behind it and try not to subject to evidence of superstitious or proclaiming the illogical views of nature. Also by Benjamin Franklin, a well-known prestigious writer, he sees the impossibility of perfection. How every individual were devout in chasing after perfection, they almost lost control of themselves. Perfection was appointed not only impossible but also a selfish kind of act. Perfection would drive a particular person towards the edge of having irrational thoughts or doing illogical act/behavior. During this era, the Age of Reason, every opinion or solution acquired has to be measure with a touch of scientific inquiry instead of unquestioning religious doctrine. People in the era believe that everything happens for a reason and that one needs to think rationally on the matter
