The title "This way for the gas Ladies and Gentlemen" has a hidden moral complicity of the life in the camps, for victims and for prosecutors all together. It is written in an inviting and realistic tone to show the intricacy of being a prosecutor; it is a way of showing the cynical way they were expected to act.
