This Is The Holiday Dinner Express Persuasive Speech

One day on Christmas Eve there were 7 kids gathering around the fire warming up before the guests come to eat. They we're all talking about how they wanted all these toys for Christmas and stopped when all the guest comes in the door. We come to greet them and hope that the dinner is as good as it have been last year. Their mom was the best cook in the world!!!

While they we're playing with their cousins and grandparents, they heard the phone ring. The oldest of the 7 ( Bill) picked up the phone and answered. The speaker of the phone said “This is the Holiday Dinner Express we're informed that the delivery will be in 20mins it will cost $89.45 and you must pay in cash. We will be closing in 40mins, if you have any problems please call. Thanks!” Before he could get off the phone Bill said “ This must be and mistake, our mother is making our Christmas dinner so this must be and mistake.” “Ok i'm sorry, sir, i’ll cancel the order right now, Merry Christmas!” …show more content…
They went back to doing their game of racing sleds and then youngest of the cousins won because she was the smallest and the lightest. Than the phone called again and answered it and the guy said we're they sure they wanted to cancel it and the told him yes. After the phone call they all ran downstairs and told their mom, but noticed that there was no food being cooked, no gravy or stuffing on the stove. They asked their mom what was going on and she finally confessed “ When Bill was born, I tried making and Christmas dinner and it was very bad, so since then I ordered from Holiday Dinner Express and it was the best food I ever had and now we have to fix the order so we can get our Christmas
