Gianna was observed during the afternoon in her third grade class. At the start of the observation, Gianna was asked to sit at a back table as the class prepared for a timed test. Gianna got up and took her test with her as she headed to the back table. When the test began, Gianna appeared focused and attentive. Once finished, she placed her pencil on the table and looked around the room as she cleaned her glasses. Mrs. Cartwright, Gianna’s third grade teacher, walked by and instructed her to flip over her test. She followed her teacher’s direction and waited for further instructions.
