Critical thinking is the gathering of thoughts, ideas, research obtain, and collecting of information that importantly requires an evaluation for clarity and accuracy to conclude with a solution to a problem. Critical thinking may involve comparing and contrasting a particular subject, observing and breaking down the information in an organized manner to lead to an ethical decision-making process. While critical thinking can lead to exhaustion of scrambled information that metamorphoses into anxieties or other negative thoughts, critical thinking and ethics are connected to help improve our decision-making ability in achieving academic and career success, required in our everyday life.

I think of what I value and apply those values yet at the same time open-minded to accepting differences of beliefs, codes, laws that placed into consideration in acting where no harm to others or myself, no negative consequences, and consider a utilitarian approach to choosing the greater happiness for the greater of society. We have to prepare when a problematic situation arises to alleviate bad judgments, poor decision making that could result in termination of the job, unsuccessful academic year, or failures. On a positive note, if we thoroughly think of every outcome of our decision and practice good ethical decision making, we can easily get the job done and successfully solve any problem to get the best results. These are responsibilities of a citizen who wants to improve and advance in the professional environment and molded into a great leader in our society.
