I believe looking at the truth in the aspect of research is often based on the concept of evidence or proof that is collected on the topic as well as the reality of what the dynamics of the subject is. We often build on the topic we investigate on by the information we gather on what we see as truth. The information of truth is usually based around research of examination. Formulating the facts of truth are normally done by seeing and viewing the situation for what is. Also, gathering all evidence (good and bad) and evaluating it to what they feel matches and supports their opinions and viewings to the problem is what helps bring truth to the research gathered. Another example that comes to mind would be a individual who maybe extremely sick and seeks (emergency) medical care, doctors may not be certain as to what is going on with individual so they go through the process of research of gathering facts that are real to the eyes and compare and exam information that may support or eliminate their guess of truth.
