D-The patient arrived on time for her session with this writer. The patient informed this writer that she hasn't used any cocaine, only two puffs of THC. This writer asked as to what caused her to have two puffs and her response was that it was around her and passed around. The patient feels guilty about it and aware about removing herself from negative influence. The patient ensures this writer that it would not happen again. In addition, the patient reports she has not used any cocaine since her last UDS result. During the remainder of the session, the patient discussed issues of individuals, referring to her family taking her kindness for weakness, still reviewing the patient negativity due to her drug history, and taking advantage of
