Good Afternoon,
I am Matt Garner, a member of Theta Chi fraternity. I am reaching out to ___________ to see if your company wanted to be involved in our fundraising efforts to help the victims of the floods in Louisiana. Theta Chi is having a “Bingo for a Cause” event on Tuesday, September 13th at 7pm. All proceeds will go to the flood victims. Theta Chi would like to partner with other organizations in order to help fundraise for this great cause. We are looking for donations and sponsors for this event. Please, let me know if your organization would be willing to donate or sponsor this event for the victims of the Louisiana flooding.
