After some decades of success and growth, in 1995, Red Lobster, together with Olive Garden and later Bahama Breeze, became part of Darden Restaurants, with Joe at the helm until 2005, when he turned the reins over to current CEO and Chairman Clarence Otis.
Over the years, Red Lobster’s passion for seafood has kept it in constant evolution. Its menu has grown and changed with the tastes of all customers and the ability to bring everyone the best of the sea to their table.
