The title of the dissertation grabbed my attention and it also aligns with my interest which is right now very broad. I want to narrow it down over the years to specific topic. I believe that no matter the specific topic of the study is, the perception of the teachers is the key in this area.

She disseminated the survey electronically to 557 teachers and 21% of the participants (119) completed the survey which sounds good to me. The researcher didn’t mentioned about how much power she was expecting prior to study. The good thing was that the response rate was higher than the pilot study (18%).
Sample selection and rationale for the selection approach Is the rationale for the selection process reasonable (e.g., external validity, purpose of the study)?
The sample was non-probability convenience sample which was from the individuals highly possible lives in the same area/district she was living. Therefore, external validity of the study was low. Even the researcher mentioned that the sample was not a true representative of the nation and the research results may not be generalize.
Ethical issues related to the conduct of the study Ethical issues adequately addressed?
The researcher didn’t mentioned about the ethical issues on the body of the research. However, she shared an example of informed consent form in the appendix.
