As NFL season heats up, an important thread for the most successful teams are how well the players work together as a team and the positive energy that fuels success. Translate the success of your favorite sports team into the workplace. Those companies that are the most successful within your industry remain positive in their workplace culture. For the Thermacut team, here are a few thoughts as to why we have remained successful over the past 25 years:

Adaptable determination. Try and try again. Individuals must be willing and able to adapt and try something new when the first try fails of is unsuccessful. Stepping outside one’s comfort zone is difficult, but the better one gets at it, they soon realize that it’s not as difficult as perceived.
