Theresa Starks is a decent client. She has changed a lot since staff has been working with her. Before staff was working with Theresa, she was very aggressive and disobedient. She would curse at staff and spit on staff. Theresa has modified her behavior, by reducing the amount of cursing and no longer spitting on people. She has become more obedient to staff’s request. She may have a few incidents where she does not obey staff’s orders, but she is working on her behavior to better herself. Theresa is improving her health. Theresa is working with her dietitian. She is beginning to eat more and eat more healthier foods. Theresa enjoys to exercise. She likes going out with staff, walking around the park, and doing activities at her local community
