If a war has to exist it must be affirmed by a legitimate personnel in government. Wars must be declared by a legitimate government, but we have some people that out of blue wage a war. I assumed they called it Just Wars because it is to undue an unfair situation. Wars are to protect the weak and innocent people to ensure their well-being. War is an ugly way to seek peace and tranquility, but not everyone is civil, and able to sit down a come up with an agreement. The tactics that are used in wars is to persuade the opponent to stop whatever they are doing; unfortunate people are sacrifice doing the progress. Just cause wars main goals is to achieve peace.
