The reason the number of units is less for the 2018 application is because the 2017 request for 4,804 service units was not fully funded. The 2017 project was funded for 3,642 units, which equates to $68,500.00. Although PCHAS is requesting less units than requested last year, it is requesting more units than was awarded in 2017. PCHAS is requesting 4520 units for 2018. The increased units will allow the agency to serve 100 Lincoln County youth by expand its school-based Therapeutic Mentoring program to include 40
