A- The counselor utilized a therapeutic worksheet to have Chloe check-in and identify how she was feeling. Chloe was able to identify and verbalize she was feeling “bored” and did not want to talk with her father. The counselor reviewed with Chloe what was discussed during their previous session and educated her during their session she would be supported in confronted her father about her feelings. Chloe was not receptive at first to sharing her feelings with her father because she stated she was going to get placed on “punishment” for telling the truth.
