What I perceive as my leadership style is Theory Y – Participative Leadership. My leadership style focuses on leading from the front and the enforcement for positive morale.

I believe that I am the best candidate for the Coordinator of Teacher Certification position because of my passion for education, positive delivery under pressure, and my dedication to exceptional customer service. My years of experience in the workforce, my education, and my skillsets have equipped me to fulfill the essential job functions for this position.

Previously, I worked as a Manager for a Call Center where I managed a staff of 13, hired staff, and conducted performance evaluation. I also worked as a Human Resources Representative and Co-op Representative
